Custom Alteration Policy:

Thank you for choosing Margo West Bridal Alterations! We are dedicated to providing high-quality wedding gown alterations and ensuring your satisfaction with our services.

Please read the following policy before booking an appointment.

Lead Time: 

We require a minimum of 2-month lead time for completing your gown before your wedding/portrait date. If you need a completion time of less than 2 months, please check our availability by phone at (972) 918-9750 or info@margobridalalterations.com. If you are planning a wedding out of town, the same 2-month rule applies.

Consultations: 

Wedding shoes and undergarments are required for any/all consultations and fittings. For your convenience, we offer online appointments for consultations and pricing information through the link provided. Please note that due to the specialized nature of wedding dresses and unique styles, all pricing is done in our office. The cost for the appointment is $100.00, which will be credited to the balance of your total alteration costs. Please book your initial consult on a Thursday or Friday, if possible.

What to Expect at Your Consultation:

During your consultation, we will discuss your wants, needs, and must-haves for your wedding gown, so we can better understand what is most important to you. You are welcome to bring inspirational images to show us. We will pin your gown in places that will enhance all your assets. If you prefer a more subtle approach, we can do that too. Either way, we strive to ensure you will look and feel amazing in your custom-altered wedding gown or formal attire.

Payments: 

Your timely payment ensures timely completion and serves as a placeholder for your gown. Payment is due at drop-off before any work on your gown can be performed. We accept all major credit cards, debit, or cash for payment.
